Work Description: We found Russ on Angie's List. Although he had only one review it was impressive. After getting quotes from two other heating specialists we interviewed RC & Sons (Russ). We where pleased with his knowledge and experience in the business. He answered our questions in a straight forward manner and recommended the System 2000. After doing some research we decided to go with RC & Sons. Russ did not disappoint us. He took care of all the details and scheduled the installation earlier than expected. Three days and the job was done (without loss of heat). This included contracting a company to remove an in-ground oil tank. Russell installed an oil tank in our basement along with the System 2000. His crew were very professional and did a very good clean up prior to leaving. We love the new furnace and how everything was installed so beautifully. RC & Sons gets an A+ in all categories and we would highly recommend him for any kind of heating needs you might have.

Comments: After working as a salesman for a major HVAC contractor in southern NH some time ago, although he was not the lowest bidder, I chose and must compliment Russ on his professionalism and knowledge for this project. He was timely, although experiencing delays not of his making got the job done on time, and I was very impressed with his technical skills throughout the installation. He impressed me as a trustworthy and competent young business professional with great potential .He is someone I woulg heartedly recommend to anyone needing installation or service in the HVAC area. We could tell by the way he worked, with confidence, that he knew his products and the proper way to install the furnace. The men working with him were also top quality. Later at night, when we had an additional question, he was more than helpful answering our question and making sure we were completely comfortable with how things were working. We would recommend Russel to anyone needing any kind of heating or cooling maintainance and/or replacement. Russel has the expertise and licenses to work with oil or gas systems!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm surprised he didn't charge me extra to watch him work, but grateful he allowed me to "pick his brain" to improve my own understanding of "how things work." I highly recomend R C & Sons.

Comments: I recommended their service to a neighbor and the neighbor was also very pleased with the quick and professional service. This is the second time RC has been to our house and he will definitely be the one to come back for any of our repairs or cleanings. When RC arrived he asked if I had any concerns or problems with the furnace. After I explained my concerns he promptly checked the furnace and reset some controls and the problems seemed to be solved. RC takes the time to answer your questions.

A few kinks were met and overcome along the way, but those had to do with the interface of his work and the propane company. Comments: Russ is on top of his work. He comes in and puts on booties like they use in the hospital over his boots so that he doesn’t track dirt in your home. He tells you every move he’s doing and why and he won’t sell you anything you don’t need! We have a new furnace but he got all he could out of the old one first! It’s a good feeling to know you're not paying for ANYTHING YOU DON’T NEED. He’s always at the house when he says he'll be there, and calls to remind you that he’s coming in case you forgot. He will bring a HEATER TO HEAT YOUR HOUSE while he has yours turned off. I didn’t know you could have your heater cleaned in the winter. I assumed it had to be when you were not using it in the summer. Not so… I'm proud to tell anyone that RC& Sons is our heating man and would recommend him to anyone - and I already have!!!
